Care Culture is a disability support service based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, and provides support across the Northern Beaches and the North Shore.

The NDIS stands for the National Disability Insurance Scheme. It is an Australian government initiative that provides support and assistance to people living with disability. The goal of the NDIS is to empower individuals living with disability by giving them greater choice and control over their support needs.

Support workers are the heart and soul of what we do. Support workers provide important care and assistance to individuals living with disability in their day-to-day lives. At Care Culture our support workers are always going above and beyond to ensure that participants are having fun and feeling supported.

Being a Support worker is an incredibly rewarding experience. The role will take you all over Sydney as you support participants to experience many different activities. You can expect to build life long bonds with participants and the team at Care Culture as you work with participants to help them explore, make memories, and achieve their goals.

  • • Photo ID (e.g. Drivers Licence)
  • • Police Criminal Record Check
  • • Working with Children Check
